SHIPPING

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us.
We then begin processing your order and ship it out to your nominated shipping address as soon as possible. All application orders are packed and shipped in Melbourne, Australia after funds have been received in full.. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation inclusive of a tracking number. You can use this to keep track of the ETA Of your order. Standard Domestic (Aus) deliveries will take 4-7 business days . We ship internationally to most countries, with comprehensive shipping rates quoted at checkout. Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of their own international import taxes and / or duties. International orders may take a little longer to arrive. Estimated delivery times largely depend on your location. If you would like us to inform you of a stockist closer to you, please get in touch.

Standard Domestic shipping - $10 AUD flat rate
Express Domestic shipping - $15 AUD flat rate
Standard International shipping- from $25 AUD

Application offers complimentary shipping for all Australian orders over $80 AUD.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of skin care and hair care products, we do not accept returns on any orders. Please therefore select carefully. For more information about ingredients on individual products, or any concerns you may have - ask us!
